I offer one-to-one and group supervision. This is a combination of support, guidance and a safe, confidential space to discuss your clients and your working with them. This is a combination of therapeutic support and guidance, a place to reflect on your work, take comfort from having somewhere to discuss how you feel about your work, the challenges and the triumphs. As a person-centred supervisor, I believe in all of you coming to supervision, not just the ‘work’ you, as I don’t believe we are separate people in separate roles.

I worked with a mental health charity as a Clinical Supervisor for six years and completed my Post-Graduate certificate in 'Supervision in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Helping Relationships', with the University of Salford in early 2020. I also work freelance as a clinical supervisor with a large college group, offering individual sessions to a Safeguarding team.

Supervision is offered as a one-to-one, 90-minute session (usually monthly) at £90.00 per session. You can book this privately or this can be something your employer can fund on your behalf, as part of your well-being as an employee. I offer reduced rates of £40.00 per session for students training to be counsellors.
