As a trainer, I am confident and engaging and understand that different people learn at different paces, need different levels of support. For the last ten years I have delivered a wide range of training workshops, including sessions in mental health awareness and suicide awareness to a wide range of audiences. I have also delivered sixty ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) 2-day workshops throughout the UK in the last 9 years - something I particularly enjoy.

In June and September 2020 I co-delivered online training specifically for counsellors, a joint venture with my colleague Jess, at ReImagine Therapy, based in Warrington: 'The 'S' Word - Suicide Prevention in Online Private Practice' - a four hour online workshop around working with and supporting suicidal clients. We hope to run more of these online sessions - and ultimately deliver this as a full day, face-to-face workshop. For more information or to register interest, please contact me.
